Residential Leasing Group Inc. (Mobile Site)

With a vast majority of their potential clients using smart phones to search for properties, Residential Leasing Group engaged our services to develop a mobile website. We crammed a lot into a little space, such as the whole property search functionality including search parameters and property images, plus thumb-friendly email and click-to-call capabilities. And our designer still managed to make it a beautiful and slick extension of the Residential Leasing brand.

Our mobile site is a very powerful tool that can be used in the field. Our Relocation colleagues can do full property searches, hone in on the area that they are looking for and navigate to specific properties without having to go back to the office. Since we implemented the mobile site, our bounce rate for mobile views has dropped significantly which implies that people are responding well to it.

Total Benefit Solutions

Total Benefit Solutions had four separate sites to serve their different markets. They asked us to combine them into one large site while still ensuring clear delineation between the service areas. This project called for an extensive navigation overhaul, the development of prototypes to establish pathways for visitors, and a custom plug-in that enables brokers and employers to select and download multiple forms and plans at the same time. In addition, we rebranded the company with new logos, one for each service area.
